Just go to them and mention that they gave you a raise, but you noticed that it wasn't computed into your pay. I could just be an honest mistake on their part. If they wanted to jip you they wouldn't have given you a raise.

Just in a nice way ask them when your raise goes into effect. It probably slipped their minds , they are probably just use to writing out the same amount on the check every week or setting aside that amount of cash and they didn't even think about the change. When you ask when the raise goes into effect they will either say next week or they will be apologetic and give you the difference. Either way your point is made and your problem is solved.

you worked for 70 hours in 1 week? if thats the case you should be getting paid time and a half overtime as well.
I would definately sit them down and talk to them about it, or at least approach the parent you feel you have a better relationship, lay out your problem in front of them, but if you are prepared to have this talk with them, be prepared to find a new job just in case they freak out over it. If they were responsible adults they should have no problem paying you what they agreed on paying you.
You might also want to keep a record of when you got there, when you left just so you can show them actual hours, mabye even have them initial next to the entry so they can't contest it.

Are you sure it was supposed to start this week or maybe it was supposed to start next week since that's the beginning of a new month? I might give them the benefit of the doubt until the start of the new month and then bring it up in a nice way.

Say to the one who writes the checks, "There must be a misunderstanding between us. I understood that I was to get a raise on this paycheck. I would rather clear up the misunderstanding than have tension between us."
It shows a mature approach to the problem and a trait they will want you to teach their kids.
Good luck.
