Hi .. I'm not in NYC or even USA .. but some months ago I was doing some research for my ex back when he wasn't my ex .. obviously he didn't go for my suggestions .. anyway I had found a couple of sites on the web and emailed them to him. So when I saw your question, I checked my Sent Items folder and the info was still there! It may be useful for you ..

this is a link to a therapist locator from the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, you can find a therapist in a specific area and click on their name to find out what kind of services they offer. They also have a toll-free number 1 800 374 2638.
You can also visit the American Counseling Association website at www.counseling.org and there is a counselor locator at http://www.nbcc.org/counselorfind2 where you can look for counselors on specific issues, city and statewise. Their toll-free number is 1 800 545 2223.
Of course the best way to find a good therapist is to ask around .and go with someone that's recommended .. but that's not always possible and besides each person relates differently to a therapist.
While you're looking, you can also search on the web for info about "how to choose a therapist" or "questions to ask a therapist" .. there are a couple of articles and pointers out there that will make you feel more confident about your choice. Shop around and remember, if you really don't like your therapist, feel belittled or uncomfortable with them, it's ok to end the relationship and find someone else who suits you better.
Good luck!

heavily, it is notably gray. entire annual rainfall is about 35 inches, even if it comes down over 9 lengthy months of usually gray and damp climate. yet at the same time as the solar comes available is not any better position on the earth! Temps are better average than Philly - no longer as warm in the summer time, no longer as chilly frequently in the wintry climate. On a everyday wintry climate it may snow demanding adequate for some accumulation once. merely the position you finally end up in the Seattle area ought to correctly be a element in how moist and grey that is. the area north of Seattle (between Seattle and about Marysville) has a tendency to get better rain. South and North of it is a touch brighter, little a lot less moist, that may make a distinction. those human beings that "choose" to be outdoors bypass out besides regardless of the elements. And we've stepped forward tremendous indoor stuff (the coffeehouses, tremendous stay theater and action picture concepts, a lot of bookstores) for at the same time as it somewhat is merely too moist to be out. and do not forget Seattle is surrounded with suggestions from water, and the nearest ski slopes are merely an hour away. you could sail and ski on an identical day. different opportunities in this area to look into include Portland (hotter and drier than Seattle) and for smaller cities, Bellingham WA and Salem Oregon. sturdy success!

One of the most common questions spouses ask when confronting a marriage crisis is this: How can I save my marriage if my partner doesn't want to help find a solution? How do I succeed I am trying to save my marriage on my own? Learn here https://tr.im/MPNvO
It is a typical enough story: one partner leaves, the other stays. One remains 'in love', the other is uncertain. Whatever it is that has caused a couple to be apart, the one person who remains bears the prospect, fear, doubt, desire, hope of saving his or her marriage' alone.
