I had that when I was about 9. It really hurt and that baby tooth just didn't want to let go! Had to go to the dentist and he pulled the baby tooth. Wasn't a big deal--only took at little Novocaine. I felt so much better once the permanent tooth could come up on its own.

You need to see a dentist or an orthodontist. Typically the tooth is pulled and straightening of the teeth is needed to pull the adult tooth forward

Like a previous poster said, you need to get that baby tooth pulled. If you don't, it will make the adult tooth stay crooked. And you might 'need' braces if it's too late for the adult tooth to move back into place by itself. Of course this is just for cosmetic reasons.

You should see a dentist or orthodontist to have the baby tooth pulled. If the adult tooth is not properly aligned because of this, you may need braces eventually.

You need to go see a dentist and have them extract the baby tooth. You may need braces to bring it in line. Ideally, you should have had the baby tooth pulled when you were able to see the permanant tooth growing in behind it.

by going to the dentist and getting the tooth either sergically removed or pulled out (it will cost lots of money to get it sergically removed)
