Wow , not to put anyone down here for there answers, but I am guessing not all of them of an wise age.
The anxiety is right on, but I have to say that what you are feeling is intuition and does not necessarily mean anxiety.
I for one am big on teaching parents that if that feeling comes listen to it, be leave it, and stay safe.
You don't have to go to bed or even stay home, but when a decision come about today that you must make, listen to yourself and your feeling.
Some people call this intuition and some call it the holy ghost.

I'd just chill and hang out... For those people that say go back to bed... it could be that a car drives through your room after you go back to bed because you sat at home.
Basically, it is what it is because you have no control over that other than going down another road or talking another isle. You control where you go but not what happens to you in the moment.
I hope your alright and enjoy the rest of your day.
STAY AWAY FROM SHARP AND ELECTRONIC OBJECTS!!

You are having an anxiety attack, it's normal, another word for this is a case of the jitters or nerves.
Just your hormones are are acting up, teenagers and young adults get these on and off, and they diminish as you get older.

Just relax, take a deep breath, and try to calm your nerves.
It will pass in a few hours.

I get this a lot and usually it is me over reacting, have you been under a lot of stress lately? Is there something in particular you are worried about? Sometimes it is something real bad but usually I just get nervous about things. Good luck and try not to think about it.♥ What will be, will be♥

This feeling you describe is horrible. It is your body's reaction to the stress you feels from waiting for bad news. Though unpleasent this is normal. Can you do anything to convince yourself that the thing you expect will not happen.

Yes, it called intuition. Observe what is going on around you or in your life that might cause the feeling.
