Well, Helena is a unique name that isn't seen around much. If that's what you're going for, then I say it's good. But if you're looking for something more common, then Helena might not be the best name. Personally, I think a more different, unique name like Helena is good. Helena is also a pretty name, I think. So depending on what you're thoughts are on a name, then you Helena is nice.

Sounds like "Helena de Troya" (spanish), remember that the Troy war was started for a woman named Helena. Nice Greek name? Good choice.

That's a beautiful name. It's a variation of Helen. It's Greek of origin and it means " torch ".

Greek for Light, its a good name, a bit 'old' but still has some use left in it, as long as its not brittany.

If I ever have a girl, I will definately push for her name to be Yuki, which is japanese for snow, I just love that name.

I like it. Personally, I like the old classic names like that such as Elizabeth.

Helena for some reason reminds me of the Greek Goddesses.
