Money is irrelevant in a relationship and anyone who bases a relationship on how much a guy earns is just materialistic. And being communication is a must for any relationship then for me a silent guy is a no no!

Quiet & dumb sound like he is mentally challenge. Mischievous and settled sounds like a crook.
Hmm an Ideal guy is smart, could be quiet or talkative, and well behaved with morals and ethics.

Money does not have anything to do with it. It is what type person they are.
