Do 99.9% of all people use the figure "99.9%" to add credibility to their responses 99.9% of the time

I have also found that 99.9% of the time the square root of the page number is also correct.

Playing with numbers doesn't add any crediblity at all. The reason behing the 99.9% is that WE CAN'T EVER 100% AGREE ON ANYTHING so why make that claim...Just state that the vast majority agree. PEACE!

99.9% is a significant figure. So though you're 99.9% sure you're right, you're wrong.
