If you suffer from continious gas, perhaps the intestinal flora is out of balance. This can happen for many reasons, and is common. Antibiotics, improper diet, etc. can all lead to this.
Luckily, you can go to the health food store and inquire about Acidopholus capsules. They will restore this flora and you should have no more gas.

placed you thumbs on the area the place the back of your 3 stress factors: a million. the place the neck meets the back of your cranium. Then which contain your thumbs push in and upward. try this approximately 2 to 3 cases to that stress factor. 2. yet another spot is the climate of your head at eye point. rubdown your temples, actually. 3. The third spot does not particularly end the headache, lots as get your strategies off it. between your index finger and thumb there is that flap of epidermis that connects the two, only at the back of that section is a nerve. rubdown that nerve. it will harm like hell, yet gets your strategies off the headache.

there is this Indian spice called Ajwine. You can get it any Indian grocery store.
Take a spoonful with water and you will be relieved of your gas problems.
Indians use it when they cook beans to avoid gas problems.. Since most of them are vegetarians (depends on what region they come from) they depend heavily on beans to get protein.
It works, try it. I hope this helps.

i found relief by poking a pin sized hole into my abdomen, just to the left and below the navel. you might have to poke several holes to find just the right place. it took me 7 tries. it relieves the gas by providing a release valve, before it reaches the large intestine. another benefit is no foul odor. make sure to sterilize the pin or needle. when not in use i plug the hole with silly putty, it's barely noticeable (but i am caucasion). good luck

drink the warmest water you can tolerate. that will sooth it the fastest. or drink the high carbonated soda. or do both!!
this happened last night. OH MY GOSH. um. another thing, in the next few days avoid, tomatoes/ tomatosauce, hot spicy foods and veggies that give you gas. low acidic food and drink. no bloody mary's. okay buddy? give it a rest. you might be going through stress. if you stress....change your diet till the stress situation calms down. if you have the urge to eat bad.........think of the feeling you are going through right now.
i feel for ya.

Stay away from high gas-forming foods, like beans, cabbage, cucumbers, carbonated beverages. Are you eating at Taco Bell every day?

Take a dump... or allow the doctor to stick his finger up your anus and that will relieve the gas.

Obviously you are having a bad reaction to some type of food that you are consuming. I believe you should start the process of elimination and see which foods you can cut out of your diet that will get rid of your flatulence problem.

Figure out what is causing the problem. Milk has lactose and many adults are allergic to eat. Try lactose free milk.
