There's no easy way to do that, you see we all look to be happy, comfortable at peace with what we have and never look to be heartbroken or sad but it happens and we might not be able to see it coming. It never hit some people real hard but others get hit bad and sometimes its not because of something you did but your partner just decides to make a change with or without thinking of your feelings in the end of their actions. So in relationships we just have to pray, hope, have fate and believe that everything is going to work out alright. Dont think negative always be possitive about what you're doing and things will enter the light instead of the darkness. Hope i was helpful.

I just got crushed by this guy a few months ago. Let me just tell you that you get crushed a lot harder when you're the one being rejected. The choice is yours though whether you're going to take the lighter burden, or whether you'll decide to take the harder for her. On the other hand, you're relationship may do great and everything will be just fine! Good luck whatever happens!

Be wise. Guard your heart. Be careful to whom you give your heart to. If you get hurt, learn from it and move on. We have all had heartaches. If you are in a relationship then you must have faith & trust in the person & the relationship...or if you do not trust...it will never work.
