no - however good breeders only breed twice in a 3 year period - unethical breeders (puppy mill breeders) will allow a dog to breed 5-6 times in 3 years because they dont care about the dog they only care about making puppies
no dog should be bred unless it has been to shows and proven it is worthy of passing on its genetics and been tested by a vet, if a person loves their pet they will realize there are less risks to the dog if it isnt bred and is spayed

No but a good breeder will only breed about that often to get a new show dog. (Unlike certain people on here who are breeding every year and clearly DON'T show.....)

Only if you don't mate them every year. They go into heat and get pregnant just like every other breed of dog.
