how did u bring about a connection like that? there are all kinds of religions in all parts of india...but only one language is spoken in one part...(one or two)....Indian languages are spoken based on the regions/states...it has nothing to do with religion...u cannot come to a conclusion saying indian language speakers aer more open minded or arabic urdu speakers are close minded...its called reductionism

No, I think you've probably misunderstood the link between languages and religions. There is no direct link between the two in India. Yes, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi are all languages but they are languages arising from the fact that different people in different states speak different tongues. For example, people in Tamil Nadu usually speak Tamil and those in Kerala speak Malayalam.
Although India is home to the world's largest Hindu population, it is also home to the world's second largest Muslim population. Indians are a very tolerant bunch. That effectively means that different people in different states may be of different religions but may speak the same tongue. So a person who speaks Urdu, most often is a muslim, but he or she may also speak Tamil, simply by virtue of being a resident of Tamil Nadu.

Telugu is more suited to music . Malayalam is sweet but uses more nasal sounds . Malayalees say Tamil is sweeter. Hindi is known as Ghodaa Baashaa meaning language of horse drivers as they use the sound " hi hi" to drive the horses. It all depends.

I feel that language and relegion are two totally different things.
But relegion motivates some people to learn a different language. For example, a Muslim would want to learn urdu to read Quran in its original form. Some Hindus learn sanskrit to read Bhagavat gita in original form.
My 2 cents
