My husband has been sick, on and off for the last 13 years or so. He has been to Dr. after Dr. They do blood tests (Normal), bone scans (Normal), x-rays (Normal), biopsy on node (large but normal). He is still sick and noting is coming up. This Dr. is a cancer Dr. and he decided to take a sample of his bone marrow and a piece of bone. The symptoms that he has all match up with Lymphoma. Dones anyone know of anything else like this. We are at a loss and so are the Dr.s. They said that if it comes back as no cancer, they don't know what to do and we are back to square one again.

Lymphoma is a cancer of the lymphatic system.

Read below for more info.

EDIT: The fact that none of your other physicians even thought to consider lymphoma (swollen lymph nodes, no other positive tests, always ill) leads me to believe that you have got some pretty unimaginitive doctors where you live.

The oncologist will do a very detailed scan of the biopsy that he takes from your husband. I don't know whether or not he does have lymphoma or a cold or nothing at all, but the oncologist will be able to tell you yes or no, and if yes, the treatment regimen.
