Boil the water. Pour it on the tea-bag. Let it brew for about 3 minutes. Take out the tea bag, add milk and drink it when its cool enough. Makes the perfect cup of tea (If you're British). If you're American it's probably a lot more complicated, involving the use of strange words like skinny, tall etc etc.
There is a theory that drinking hot tea actually cools you down... Not quite sure how. But I imagine it is analagous to the idea that hot water turns to ice in the freezer faster than cold water.

Well, my wife is the perfect cup of tea, and she is really hot, but I don't know exactly how hot she is.

as hot as you want it to be or as cold. its your cup of tea your making it as you want it, so that says how hot a cup of tea is.

In this weather, the perfect temperature for tea is cold.
Hot tea needs to be warmer than tap water but not so warm as to scald your tongue.
