Shrimp curry is delicious. Cook onion, green peppers and other veggies you think would taste good. Put about 1-2 cans of tomatoes in with the veg. along with some spices like curry powder and garlic. Once it is all really juicy add the shrimp for just a couple of minutes and then serve with rice. It is delicious!! I made up the recipe so I don't really have how much of everything you should use. Look online for curry recipes and just adapt to fit your taste.

me i have an easy recipe for breakfast. it's called manggo float/ graham cake.... and here are the easy steps...
1. ingredients are evaporated milk, carnation milk, graham crackers, a container to put the food in, and some mangoes.
2. first you mix the evaporated milk and the carnation milk together.... nxt you put the gaham crackers in th container and align them all inside..., next you pur the milk mixture but not all of it because you will be needing it, then slice up the mangoes and put a slice of mangoes each rows on the square.... you continue to repeat everything over and over until your container is full or half full. this is easy cause you dont have to cook it. just leave it inside the freezer at night and the next morning you have your easy breakfast, there hope you enjoy... if you have questions just email me at aikarerano91@yahoo.com

Take 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites and scramble. Get a whole wheat tortillia and make a wrap. You can add Salsa, cheese or any other low fat veggie to it. It is pretty good!

I really like vanilla yogurt with grape nuts added in. If you are looking for something a little bit bigger, add some toast with a little bit of butter and honey
