Well, if you're desperately in love with her and you're pretty sure she has the same feelings, just take her by the hand, look her in the eyes and tell her! If you're not sure she shares the same feelings, I know I would like that person to be bold. You could just randomly say something or grab her and kiss her! Believe it or not, that's what I would like. If she's taken by another guy, tell her gently that you really have feelings for her, but you've been having a hard time telling her. Sorry about all the "if's" but I don't know much about the situation. The specific situation determines everything about making the move.

dear friend,
if you feel that she has feelings for you then you can try these these things.
Give her a greeting card and say i miss you a lot. Dont go ahead directly and say you love her a lot. Sometmes this may misfire and there are chances that you may also lose her as your friend. Be careful about this. First give her a greting card and white or yellow roses and say "i miss you a lot and always think about you. I feel like talking to you and meeting you all the time." Remember patience is the key my friend!! Once you give her the greting card and tell her that u miss her, just observe her reaction. If you see positive signs then after some days take her out for a lunch or dinner and then prpose her. Just be simple and giver her lots of red roses and tell her that you love her a lot and she rings the bells of your heart. She will defnitely say yes.
All the best and let me know what happend dear friend!! Will pary for you!!
Take care

Just say it! If you're too shy, there are a million different creative ways of doing it. You know the saying "it's the thought that counts?" Well, it's true. Take the time to really think about what would sweep her off her feet.
For Valentine's Day once, I gave my fiance a small jewelry box with a pin inside. When I took him out to his car, I had it filled with about 75 balloons, and inside each balloon was a note. I numbered the balloons, and the first one said, "How do I love thee? Let me count the ways." Then proceeded to list one thing I loved about him for each balloon. If you can't think of anything, you can also choose a good love song or two that explains how you feel. Number your balloons in the right order, and as she pops them to get the note out, each note can have one line of the song lyrics in consecutive order of how the song goes. Very romantic and original, I think.
If all else fails, though, search the web for romantic ideas or get her a card- and for no special reason. Lots of greeting cards express feelings like that without it having to be a birthday or anything. Or even better, write her a love letter. If you two are meant to be, it will be something she'll cherish forever.
Good luck!!

I once took a girl to dinner and for dessert, I had the waiter bring out a teddy bear.
Try that, hae the waiter bring out a small cute gift with the words I love you on it.
It worked for me.
Don't forget the rose

Great question...
Do you want to hump someone else - are there other girls that you are keeping in contact with just in case this one doesn't work out?
If you are embarrassed by other girls in your life and you can't wait to see this girl again: every second your away from her your jealous (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) of what she is doing...
ITS LOVE BABY

Don't "tell" her, prove it with a consistant attitude toward her as a person. That's what love is. The best way to be consistant is to be yourself.

How can you tell her... just say "I love you"... That's not as important (well it is)... It's more important to show her that you love. her... Now, that means different things to different people... But saying it means nothing if it's empty words...
