SAMPLES are not necessarily free.

But FREE SAMPLES are free.

It is a simple word, but if some says FREE, they mean it. If they are offering SAMPLES, it may not be free.

Even if they say FREE SAMPLES, the fine print might say "Shipping not included", so you might have to pay for shipping.

Exactly why would someone send you FREE SAMPLES? They want to do further business with you, and expect to gain something back from you eventually.

Stick with coupons and discounts.

A sample would be either one of the entire item or part of one that could not fully be used. If a company gave out full samples of everything, then no one would have to buy them.
A sample is supposed to be free but unusable. If its a full version of something then they can charge you for it (it's just not considered a sample)

Not at all! especially when you are asking from across the globe and your at the other side, how do you expect it to be free, isn't it?
Maybe they'll give it for free if.... you pick it up there (hehe)

Normally it's safe to buy from there but what is not safe is the quality that you haven't proven. do you mean to say, you'll spend shipping (again) for an mp3 with factory defect? of course not.

id say get it - even if it's not free! as long as your sure you'll get to use it

Free samples often have charges associated with them - like shipping & handling. Always read the fine print. There ain't much that can be had free today.

if you are asking for samples they usually are free and you expect them to be but in some cases the samples may have a cost
