My mother has a set of full size chromalithographs of "Cherry ripe" and "Bubbles" with the monograms on the bottom right.
They are very old and quite likely to be one of the first hundred sets made. She is thinking about auctioning them because money is an issue at the moment. Any ideas of possible value?

Items are only worth what someone is prepare to pay for them. Decorative items sell well, why not check out your local auction house, make sure they have a web catalogue for their sales items, this gets the object for sale to a wide audience. Don't forget they will charge you commission. You could try e-bay too, just put a reserve price on them of what ever you mother would be happy to get for them.... if they don't sell you know they are not worth that much.... if they do sell, your mother will be happy with the price!
