If ignorance is bliss, why aren't more people happy?

bliss is a state of disillusion, not always a state of happiness.
it simply means that they are happier with ignorance than with knowledge

lol, I've always said if ignorance is bliss there are a whole lot of happy people running around.

However, ignorance isn't bliss and people who suffer from ignorance feel the need to strike out at others who are different or who don't follow the same beliefs.

Most people aren't happy because they choose not to be. They focus on the I haves and I wants instead of appreciating what is. Happiness is a choice. Knowledge is neither good nor evil it is what you do with it that counts.
