R u trying to propose to her, or just to date her.... Because to propose you should allready know what to do because she would have allready told you if it is even close to time to propose to her...
If your trying to date someone, just be a friend to them first... Get to know them... Because there is no other way to keep a girl unless you establish some sort of friendship with her...
But if you really need something urgent, go find her friends and make a deal with them... Because they're (almost allways) the gate keepers to a woman's romantic life, or destroy it on a whim...

duno what your urgency is but basically set the scene - ask her over for a romantic meal - or take her somewhere she really likes - is there a park or something that she enjoys spending time?
Candlelight ALWAYS sets the scene so if possible have a few around - flowers also help! Then get down on one knee and pop the question!
Alternatively you can do the total element of surprise and pop a ring on her plate or at the bottom of her drink (MAKE SURE SHE DOESNT EAT/DRINK IT!!!!!!)
you know what she does and doesnt like so you should be able to work it out yourself

Do something like plan a picnic at a park, bring a radio, a frisbee, etc. Make it fun and romantic and make it something where you two have the opportunity to talk. If you two hadn't talked about possibly getting married up to this point, talk to her first and see if she would even consider it. You are responsible for your emotions if she says no or wants to break up with you.

Show some intrest in her but gradually, allow her to be comfortable with u and wen u see her paying some or alot of attention2u thn ask her if she would like to go out sm time but mk it clear to her its just as friends for now and then see hw things progress further.. atb tho : ) Cya

Propose what???? Be you,be real and be happy in your own skin. That way youl atract the right girl for you and not who you pretend to be.

Take her to a beach and have a candlelite picnic. Then get down one 1 knee(very romantic) and tell he how much she means to you and how much you want her in your life, and the take aout the ring and ask her to marry you. (thats what i would like)

If you already know her...give her flowers and tell her she's beautiful. If you're trying to meet her.... just go up and talk to her. Be yourself!!

even if you impress her she's not going to propose to you.you'll still have to do that.just tell the person what you feel.
