We never know how long we have in this life and whether or not you believe in eternity we all agree that we all will die. What are you planning to do to show the people in your life that they are important and appreciated?{ My sons and I are going to watch a movie together and go for a walk, My husband and I will probably just lay side by side tonight and tell each other how much we love them.}

Because love and it's expression are a spiritual matter to some of us.

I'll take the time to let my daughters who are 10 and 7, help in the kitchen. I normally so, 'no, I'm in a hurry, I'll let you help next time.' But you are right, the next time might not come.

I will take time to sit with my 10 year old while she works on her craft project. She seems to need more 'alone time' with mom than the others, perhaps because she's the oldest & she's also heading into the pre-teen years. Not only will I sit with her, I will really give my attention to what she has to say instead of being distracted by other things.

I guess what it boils down to, is that I need to spend a little bit of time alone with each of my 5 children, so that they know they are each important to me & greatly loved.

Unfortunately my husband works 12 hour shifts, and will be leaving shortly to go to work all day. But to show him he is important to me, I plan to get the house in order, so when he comes home in the middle of the night it is homey & inviting (and he doesn't trip on anything in the dark)

Thanks for the question and have a great day!
:O)

I am going to plan out a big challenge today. I am planning on picking up my granddaughter who is 2yr.5mo.old. Her mom and da are having problems and I get the joy of having her for a few weks but it could turn out to permanenetly. So I am praying for God's guidance that all wil go well and that if it is meant to be I will be allowed to keep her for as long as needed even permanently . As a family we are sorting things out to sell teaching my children the diffference between hanging onto everything forever and letting go of some of the stuff. It is being a good lesson in it will either turn to dust and rust and you can't take it with you when you go.

I am going to try and not get totally crazy angry when I talk to my 15 year old about her cell phone bill! Besides that I am going to make an effort to be kind and patient with all the other people that I come in contact with today. If I see an opportunity to to do an act of kindness, I will, and hope that the recipient will do likewise.

I will take my daugther today for TMJ therapy. I will give my husband and daughter lots of hugs and kisses then probably surprise them by taking them out to dinner.

I will try to grunt less and make eye contact - then after my coffee I will cook for them, clean for them, keep them from killing each other, and keep everyone entertained - any more than that and I'm gonna need some drugs!

my family's faith isn't as strong as my own and i hope through my words tonight i can give them some hope and allow them to think of dad with happiness and smiles
and just be a big pair of arms for them to come to when they need a hug

I have just finished 5 days working with a kids holiday bible club. Hard work, I'm shattered, but very worthwhile.

show them that they are important by helping them, caring for them, being there for that person. Sure you can say that they are important to you, but it's also a lot on your actions.

me and my husband tell eachother how much we love them everyday and night so if anything happens, that'd be the last thing we say to eachother.
