I'm in Korea it will cost around 1200 bucks but I didnt make it home last year because I was in Iraq

money is nothin compared to ur beloved ones so yea u shud go. money come and money go and for chrsitmas u shud go home. they will really appreciate it

How should we know? how important is you being home for the holidays to you and your family? Is that worth more or less then $1200?

If you can afford it at all, then by all means do. Your family is the most important thing in the world, especially since it sounds like you don't have a chance to see them much.

I would go home to visit my family if I could go, as you don't have any idea how long these people will live...It took me 20 years to get home, and I know I should have gone sooner...My brother died just before I got to go, and he was only 57...

yes definitelly! sometime in the future u will regret your not going as long as u could.. just go and have a great time with your folks. You see its for the best not only for them,(u will make them the happier people on earth) but for your own psychology to.

If you can afford it then go if you can't there is always the year after. Explain to your family that you can't afford it who know's maybe they will foot some of the bill if they really want to see you bad enough they will.

if you can afford it. my parents live overseas too. and the plane ticket is too expensive for me to afford. if you can afford to take the trip , then go . you never know what the military has in store for you next. see them while you can.
hey maybe they will get you the ticket for christmas.
or maybe you can take a mac flight for real cheap.

i'm in korea too. what a coincindence (can't spell). but that's because i'm on vacation and am korean. but you should go home. even if it's that much.

yes you should go, 1 time each year you should see your family if located far away.
