The B test is the same. Its purpose is to confirm the A test.

It would be extremely unusual for the results of the B test to differ from the first. In fact, even Landis has said that he expect them to be the same.

Test B comes from the same sample as Test A, so logic says the results will be the same. Which doesn't bode well for Floyd. But remember, it was an abnormal reading on testosterone ratio, and not for foreign substances or drugs.

The tests are not 100 % accurate so the Anit-Doping people collect two samples two verify if the 1st test was a true or false positive.
