Good on you! If the ever comes back kick him out again if he hasn't learnt the error of his ways. People should enter other people's houses with respect.

first of all no one should ever say anything negative about your home that you're living in it's rude. If you want the family off your back then call him and tell him you are sorry for going off like that but you were hurt and angry about what he was saying about the home you live in. I'm sure he can understand that if it were you saying things about his house.

it's your home, you can kick whomever you want out. what does your husband say? it really doesn't matter what the rest of the family feels. tell them to let the brother in law move in with them

well,do what you think is right?

every individual has his/her opinion which you should voice out and where is it said that you should take **** from people and smile about it?nobody has the right to hurt and if someone does so,should get it right back?

if you think you were wrong go ahead and apologise or else make a point and stand on it!!

Stand your ground brother.a man's house is his castle.its like making fun of your dog or your kids..Tell the rest of the family that you don't play when it comes to your home and that if he apologises you may lift the ban.

Maybe you could go to him and talk to him about the problem. It doesn't solve anything not to speak to the person. Try to work out your problems with him.

Ignore them, they would of done the same thing or worse if he started that crap with them. If they wouldn't of, then they would be giving him permission to continue with his crap of putting them down. The BIL needs to know if he can't respect you, then he doesn't need to hang around you.

well what what ever he said must have been really insulting...whelp it is your house and you have the right to kick out or welcome who you want so f**ck him. Your family needs to undertand so tell em what happen as long as its not petty they should understand!

Do what you want. If they don't like it they can stuff it. Maybe you should find another family.
