Chickens do sneeze. It could be from dust, especially if you are in a dry, hot area. But it could also be from a number of chicken respiratory diseases. This site gives other symptoms to look for:
"Common Poultry Diseases": http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/PS044
Chickens also sometimes get ordinary colds, which they usually recover from. So don't panic! Just keep an eye on your flock and, if it gets worse, consult a vet who knows about poultry.

All birds sneeze. My parrots do it to clean out their nostrils. Like when they have showers and stuff. They might just have dust in their nose.

Could be dust, they could be sick, who knows. If it continues you might want to ask a vet about it.
