Some excerpts:
A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an Abomination (Lev 11:10), it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don't agree. Can you settle this?
I know from Lev 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?
I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself?
Lev. 25:44 states that I may indeed possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?
I know you have studied these things extensively, so I am confident you can help.
Thanks for your answers.

i think the writer of these questions is just an atheist trying a different approach to pulling people away from Christ.

many of those questions are taken out of context just to make them sound bad. sort of like when people take a 3 second sound byte from George W. to make him soud like an idiot.

none of what this person said bothers me. but people like Dr. Laura rarely give opinions that i agree with anyhow. what, this woman is some expert on etiquite and manners and relationships and family? GET OUT OF HERE! the idea that she would even considor herself to be those things shows that she is not. She is just another person, more than likely a person who has never been anything other than what she is now (a wealthy, living comftorably, niave woman)... i dont think people like Dr. Laura are even close to being in touch with actual reality and so they are the last people i would ever seek for advice. especially religious advice. wouldnt it make more sense to seek a pastor? i think so.

We are not under the Mosaic Law

Under Christ's Law we can eat shellfish, we can eat about anything.
Under Christ's Law though, homosexuality and other forms of fornication, is not acceptable.

We don't have the Sabbath to observe, though some modern churches push it.
We don't have to tithe yet modern churches aren't letting that one go. Be generous yes, tithing no.

Slavery was a part of the times then. Under Christ's Kingdom, no slavery will exist.

I easily have a situation with this letter: "a million. when I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, i understand it creates a staggering scent for the Lord - Lev.a million:9. the issue is my acquaintances. They declare the scent isn't captivating to them. might want to I smite them?" when I broil steaks on the grill, the captivating aroma motives my acquaintances to go back over and choose some. once a letter starts with such an obtrusive lie, I stop reading.

Everything you are questioning is a bunch of crap....including Dr. Laura. Worry about something important. There are plenty to choose from.

I wouldn't know because I didn't ask all the religious people what they thought! Most of them don't know who she is!
