Everyone will experience the physiological and exercise effects when losing weight however, not everyone will experience all other problems when losing weight. It depends on a few personal factors as to which effects are experienced. For example, some people may not consume a diet made up of mainly processed foods loaded with salt so water loss wont be as much.
Try the following tips when having trouble losing weight
1. Keep active with regular exercise
2. Do not starve yourself when attempting to lose weight
3. Lower calorie intake gradually, lowering calories to much too soon doesn't give you much adjustment when weight slows
4. Consume plenty of low calorie, high fiber foods
5. Consume more natural foods high in complex carbohydrates and reduce highly processed foods loaded with extra fat, sugars and salt
6. If doctor approves try weight training to help the body hold on to lean weight while losing fat
7. Try to change workout routines and gradually challenge the body to adapt to higher levels
8. Don't train too hard too soon gradually build up intensity levels as fitness levels increase
9. After a few weeks of exercising try to work the whole body during each workout to boost calorie burning

Well some are just lazy. Some just have really poor metabolisms. And some go about it the unhealthy way and think if the don't eat they will lose weight. Losing weight isn't easy for most the best way is to consult your physician and come up with a healthy diet and work out regimen.

For those who need 2 lose weight - it can b as traumatic as 4 someone who needs 2 put on weight. Just the opposite problem. A very complicated problem that isn't helped when ignorant people make uneducated remarks.

There are a lot of factors that go into how much a person weighs, and some of those factors prove to be very inhibiting obstacles for people trying to slim down.
1) Metabolism- for starters, everyone's metabolism, or the rate at which their body uses stored energy, is different. People with a very high metabolic rate tend to be smaller- their bodies use the energy they've consumed in food much more quickly. Conversely, people with low metabolisms tend to be heavier, as their body converts the energy to fat for storage when it isn't used.
2) Lifestyle- it's true that as a society, America is getting bigger, and it has largely the way we think about food and eating. NO longer do humans need to hunt/gather for their meals, nor do the majority of us run a self-sufficient farm or other means. The things we do (like sitting at computers and driving) take much less energy from our own bodies to make us function. Add that on top of the array of processed, pre-ready foods and ingredients (like bleached flour, and processed sugar) and the craze for larger and larger portions (one word: McDonald's) and you have a great combination of issues that are leading people to eat more, and to eat more unhealthy foods.
3) Exercise- Self-explanitory. With people being eternally on the run these days, they all say there's no time for exercise. And as I mentioned before, look what we tend to do all day: we're sitting on our rumps in front of a computer most of the day at the office, and then we go home and flop down in front of the TV. Exercise is the key to increasing one's metabolism and working off that extra stored energy.

Kelly G wouldnt know her head from her @ss. "because they are greedy and wont stop eating" SHEESH!
That is the biggest misconception people have regarding overweight/obese people, which is very far from the truth.
Obese people face ignorance daily, ridicule from people such as stares, mocking, yet the largest percentage of Obese people have underlying conditions or genetics to thank for their Obesity. (meaning its not their actions that caused the obesity in the first place)
For eg a medical condition that they are unaware of for eg diabetes which is untreated and spiralling their body out of control.
Some people have conditions such as genetics or under active thyroid which is not their fault neither.
Some obese people have had things such as serious injury from a car accident or work related accident that causes them pain, makes them less active and means them eating a normal meal means they gain weight.
The percentage of obese people who eat like a pig is about 2% out of all obese people.
Yet all obese people get put in the same catagory by the thin ignorant people who are biased against them. They have to suffer the ridicule, ignorance and misunderstanding of people like Kelly G because they are overweight. Isnt it bad enough they have to put up with the side effects/burden of obesity (such as shortness of breath, unfit, muscle/joint pain from over exertion, excessive sweating, ankle swelling, skin irritations due to folds of skin, skin tags, change of colour in the skin - darker patches, hormonal imbalances, unable to find clothes that fit, feeling of unwell, infertility, prejudice people not wanting to serve them in a shop) let alone ignorant people on top of it?
How about having some compassion! They are human afterall! If we can accept gays into our society (and thats far from natural) why cant we have more understanding and compassion for the rest of fellow man (even if they are overweight) and quit judging people and making uneducated presumptions based on appearance alone.
Anyone ever heard the saying " Big people have the biggest hearts"
Cheers

Because some people are fat no just because of the amount of calories they take in. Some are born fat. I am not very sure, but I think it has to do with genetic issues.
But the majority of obese people have BIG appetites.

Partly because mega multimillion dollar corporations spend millions on advertising that encourages eating their junk food that tastes great. Makes you wonder if they are the same owners of the mega multimillion dollar diet and exercise industry too.

Its for a number of reasons.
1. motivation: some people are not motivated enough
2. embarrassment: when you go to a gym and see thin people working out, obese people are embarrassed by the way they look
3. some people don't know who to eat properly.
