You are watching a media who is primarily western based and of course reports the death of American or Israeli soldiers so you get this perspective. The deaths in war or as a result of war sadden all of us because it is so needless. Choose to stop attacking, bombing and killing and this can all stop.

i take that your using the word yank refers to americans. but think about america is made up of legal immigrants from all over the world with many ethnic backgrounds. for myself my ancestors include english, dutch, irish, germanand native american indian (cherokee and choctaw). so when yanks cry the whole world is crying :p

personally, I could care less about anyone dying over there. they want to have war. let 'em kill each other. there isn't a damn thing I can do about it. and if I could do something about it... I wouldn't.
They want to kill, it's their choice why should I care??
