i try to see all my attempts as lessons now and hope to take something from each even when it doesn't go to plan
i see nothing as a mistake
i have much patience with myself and with others because its not worth sweating over the small stuff is it :o)
i forgave myself a long time ago for all that i allowed into my life that had an adverse effect , and being able to do so gave me so much freedom and such a weight off me
i love me !!
and its wonderful
thank you again Debra
always wonderful to see you on the boards

i work in a hectic environment everyday, it's been four months on my job and i get down right depressed every time i make a mistake....i feel judged and overwhelmed because I'm surrounded by doctors and nurses, on the chain I'm the least of their worries....i pray to God all the time to never leave me because i know I'm not perfect and i make mistakes on a daily basis, and i feel he may turn his back on me! i work in a cancer center by the way....anyway, i am learning despite this shortcoming, that i am who i am, just the person God has made me to be, i know the rules i follow and the ones i have to improve on....i know that God knows me and knows the rules i have to improve on, and given all that, there is room for improvement and long as there is that room I'm okay, it's when i fail to step into that room that I'm making the biggest mistake, and that's quitting the task at hand and that task is improving self so that i can be a better servant to others and to self and most of all God! thanks alot!

Thanks for the good words -
In answer to your question - I'm doing better "giving myself a break". Many times I can even laugh off my silliness!
If I'm trying my hardest to get something right (dancing usually) and I keep making what seem to me to be "silly mistakes" - that's when I get frustrated! I can see that I'm being hard on myself, but when I feel I'm holding the group back - well then I'm gonna "mentally spank" myself harder then ever!!!
But like I said, I'm doing better!

Sometimes, but I know that I am also a work in progress. Besides, the best way to learn is from your own mistakes.

on your own time must be relaxing too,it is what you opt for to make of it. a great time to get to understand your self extra ideal, once you're chuffed on your own pores and skin both way,men will be attracted to you extra-so,they %. up our neediness like radar, and run.

Sure. I'm fine with myself. It's other people's shortcomings that tick me off.
