question would have been better in english, though if you are meaning the home office take too long to show people the door or accept them then welcome to england

Look at the guidance notes on the Set (O) form, page 6 item 8.

"Applications made by post: decide 70% of applications within 4 weeks and 90% within 14 weeks".

Or you can make the application in person where "98% of applications within 24 hours".

It's currently taking anything between 2 and 18 months, depending on the individual circumstances. I know someone who's been waiting since April 2005 though and still nothing.

The true answer to your question is: INDEFINITELY!!! They do not process them in order of receipt of application, they favourise depending on where you are from. Fact!! They take as long as they like...
