if tao came from te, which is a unknown force, and the eternal tao is enduring and can not be changed, then te exist outside the balance yin and yang, those te is an enlighten one, who has overcome the tao, and since the teachings of Tao Te Ching teaches us to overcome the tao, and the tao teaches without teaching, then we are not learning?are the te, are the unknown?

I'm not sure what your question is. I'm getting confused by your logic. First, I think you are confused by Tao and Te. Second, the Tao doesn't teach without teaching; it doesn't teach by teaching. Two completely different things.
