First I'd try to determine if he was a member of a minority to make sure I wouldnt say anything that would offend him. Then he'd use our phone to call the ACLU so they can say its our own fault that he murdered our parents ...etc. etc. (gotta love political correctness these days)

Lets see, First I would ask him nicely not to do that, Then I would find out why he wants to do such a thing. Then I would use the taxpayers $$ and get him a lawyer. Then after they turn him lose I would help him get on welfare and get a place for him to live!!!
Then I would take my family to visit him with a home cooked meal and after dinner I would wonder why he just killed my family and of course forgive him for it!!! Poor guy!
6 shots in the head with my 45 would take care of it!

I would sneak away to the shed and grab my axe,then I would split his skull wide open when the time is right. In such moments,in which my freedom is being threatened, I react based on rage,and therefore I would kill the bastard for threatening my property.There is nothing worse than being attacked in your own house ,and those who witnessed such an event would know.

Yeah I'd definitley kill him. Don't call the cops...just kill him...one less person the taxpayer's money will have to pay for in jail

i wouldn't kill him, i'd run out to the nearest neighbor and tell them to call the police.
in my opinion, the shame of a trial and long, loonnnnggg jail time is worse (drawn-out torture) then being killed immediately (with a gun or something).
