depeands: are they covered wid them, or does it look cool on da guy. + what type of tattoo is it. tattoos tell a lot about u. some chicks think dat ur a sk8ter guy wid dem, or reli hot. it mostly depeands on the chick. if i go out wid a guy and he's got a tattoo, its cool- 4 me.

When they have them to excess the answer is a definite NOT.
One of two tasteful tattoos look good. When they go to extremes, to me they end up looking like the Sunday comics.

has nothing to do with the tattoos it's who they are.... it's like asking if big chested girls are hotter than small chested girls.... it's who the are a whole..
