follow your consience. do you want him deported for personal reasons? did he lie because there was a real safety issue for him in his country? is he a good person actually? you have to sort this out for yourself, and do what you believe is the right thing to do.

put yourself in his/her shoes ask yourself is this person trustworthy is yes then mind your own business don't mess around with ice and subject yourself to a back round check.
play with ice you will feel the cold yourself trust me mess with G... and you end up with F.........
