Well, this might sound crazy, but my old elementary school recycle's their food! My friend and I were walking to the auditorium someday, and we saw a cafeteria lady digging through the trash can. Another time, our school had taco for lunch. My friend hated the cafeteria food, so she scribbled all over the shells with a sharpie. The next day, we had "leftovers" from the previous day, and one fourth grade guy yelled, "Someone doodled all over my tacos!"

Cheap ingredients. I actually volunteered in my elementary school cafeteria for community service thats required to graduate. It wasn't that bad. Real ingredients, just really cheap.
