I always do a mistake of not looking at the computer screen until I finished typing a whole sentence (That is because I'm not so good at typing, and often need to look at the keyboard) And sometimes I realize that I've typed simple letters instead capital ones ( Or it happens the other way too) Is there any short cut where I can select the total para/sentence and make the letters either capital or simple?

If you use Microsoft word, type your paragraph or sentences.

Then do the following:

> Highlight the text you want to change
> Click "Format" on toolbar
> Click "Change Case"
> You will have 5 options:
* Sentence case.
* lowercase
* UPPERCASE
* Title Case
* tOGGLE cASE
> Select the appropriate option
> You're done!

Generally, if you put your cursor on the first letter, of the first word, then click so that you are there, then hold down the shift key and drag your cursor to the end of what you want capitalized and release your mouse key. Then go up to formatting and select caps and it'll capitalize all that you have selected.

Shift+F3 will do it. It's a toggle: all lower case / first letter capital / all upper case
