Kindness is your religion, kindness and love. It sounds like your parents are beautiful people - non-judgemental. I believe The Dali Lama said "My religion is kindness". Sorry if I indirectly answered your question.

both religions, Islam and Christianity, pass to the kids from father. the most important thing is the way you feel. i have some friends just in the same position as you are and they fast in the Ramadan and celebrate Christmas then. respecting all religions and beliefs is the perfect way.

Dear Child,
I cannot imagine what it must be like to have a christian mother and a muslim father. I was raised in essentially a christian household although we lived as pagans-drinking and carrying on etc. and up until several weeks ago I had never met anyone of that type of union (muslim and christian/catholic). I know that as a born-again Christian I have a father-daughter relationship with God, only because Jesus took my place on the cross and God loves me just as He loves you. The only sense in this world or my life is the Truth, that is Jesus then all confusion of living in this world is removed and you know who you are in Christ. He came to set all peoples free, first to the Jew then to the gentile (which is me and you and your parents). Nobody knows what freedom is until they have been set free from their sin and the burdensome weight of their sin. God says that Jesus is the only gate to heaven, the only way to get in! XOXO
And when people ask you what religion you are you could say other.

I hope you get to read my answer in all this ocean of words :D .
Sincerely,I believe you do not belong to any of them,in fact I can say you have no religion.

God is with each and every one of us just you can't state you are part of Christians or Muslims. The best thing, and this we all have to do,is to find your own beliefs, see how you feel better and discover your 'religion' .

All 'religions' have their good and bad and there are pros and cons about each one,no doubt. You have to have the power to discover the good, and put the bad aside.
In fact 'religions' are one,and all have in common the same thing, just different interpretations.

Find what is suited to you,you just have made the first step and asked your self the question...now you gotta find the answers.

Quran can answer your q in the best way; every human borns being in the last religion: islam. this would be anthipathetic coz of the last teror events u know. i dont believe their being muslim, they r terorists and i m afraid they r working to show our religion like a teror. as u understood i m a muslim guy. of course only u can choose your religion. also no family pressure about religion is good for u, dont let anyone to choose your religion. studing all the religions and making a decision is the best way i think. i pray god to be with u.

Dear Meaningless:

Your beliefs do not depend on your parents' beliefs, but on the way you resonate with theism & non-theism.

Maybe you are a non-theist who respects christian & muslim traditions without feeling involved in.

I think you are the only person to decide to believe in religion or not. Respect your pace, don't feel forced to believe "because" of others.

Well, when people ask what you are you tell them.. My mother is Christian, and my father is Muslim. They both value their religions and have taught me about them both. I am neither, but a believer in God.

You don't have to adhere to a specific religion...you have your core beliefs and practices and they work for you. No need to categorize.

Religion is just a way for those in power to control the masses. (Look at how President Bush uses it to sway the popular vote, to tell us of our "moral obligation" and to make Americans believe that his selfish, destructive decisions are justified.) Best to break free from that kind of influence and oppression.
