First off, you need to call your parents or a trusted adult guardian and tell them what is happening. That way, they can take you to the hospital. If you can't reach them, it might be best to call 911. It's pretty rare for a 16 y/o to have a heart attack, unless that person has been doing some illegal drugs or something. If it only hurts when you breathe, chances are that it's something respiratory related. There are a lot of things that could be wrong, and it's way beyond the scope of this Yahoo Answers forum to even begin to try to tell you what it could be. You really need to see a doctor to reach a definitive diagnosis. Meanwhile, you might try taking deep, slow breaths. That will help with the pain, and with your breathing.
Hope this helps!
