The ticket could be sent to you by email, if it's an electronic ticket...but the same you can find it at the check-in counter at departure. So, don't worry. The best you can do, is call the airline you're fliying with directly to recofirm your flight, and they'll tell you exactly where and when you can get the ticket. Do that at least 48 hours before your flight always, so you don't encounter any problems.

Usually when you buy airline tickets online, you will check in at the airport at either a check-in kiosk or with an agent to retrieve your reservation and print a boarding pass. The kiosks are very handy if you're not checking bags, the lines are usually shorter and move faster than for an agent.
However, you should have gotten a confirmation e-mail form the website. If you did not, I suggect calling to ensure your reservation is in the system.

You check in at the ticket counter at the airport with ID, and they print the ticket for you.

Once the flight is confirmed; they should tell you. They are usually waiting for you at the ticket counter and you have to pick it up at least two hours before your flight.

depends on what kind of ticket you bought.
if it is an e-ticket you can just go to the airport with the number they gave you when you bought it.
