Well I'm sure you've never heard of dumbles as one person has suggested.Adding DUMBELLS to and existing curl workout can help.Start by doing your standing barbell curls by warming up for 3-5 sets.Work up to a relatively heavy weight doing around 5-8 reps per set until failure.Pay attention to the negative lowering the bar slowly after each rep.This will increase the degree of micro trauma which is actually what makes you sore after your workouts not lactic acid.Follow with incline dumbells,concentration curls for 3 sets each.I'm assuming you're referring to biceps and not triceps.Eat protein every 3 hrs to retain a positive nitrogen balance.Sorry so brief don't have enough room
