This guy says he likes me and he always asks me to meet him abruptly. As in he is too spontaneous. He also likes meeting me only at weekends. Do you think he is seeing someone else and only calls me when she is not available? Why does he only want to meet me on weekends only?

Not enough information given by you to make an honest opinion.
Maybe he works during the week and his days off in the weekend. Maybe he asks you suddenly when he has money and those weekdays he has no money. He is just dating you to see if you are a jealous woman, if you are than he will not marry you. If you pass the weekend test of jealousy, then more dates, then marriage.
Can you call him and speak to him after midnight on the weekdays? if you can, then he is yours, if you cannot then he has someone else.

What kind of work does he do? Do you know anything about this guy? Maybe he's got kids and only sees them on weekends...
My honest opinion is: Ask him! Tell him you need to know and if there is anything you can help with?
My b/f has a baby-girl and I didn't know till about three months - he said that he was scared that I might think worse of him - now that I know - we love playing with her and we both enjoy weekends!

i'm sorry to say, but he's into something. Something aint good. He is definitely seeing someone else. Maybe the girl goes somewhere, so he calls you. You only exist when nobody else is there.. It's like you are his "fu%*ing friend"... im sorry..
