DEFINITELY..I'm still up and its 2:30am.

I love MOUNTAIN DEW....I know how "bad" it is for me, but who cares. Love the taste, CRAVE the taste, can't LIVE without the taste!!!

My friends say my blood must be a funky dew color..teehee....

I consume it morning, noon and night.

Well caffeine likes me a lot, but I'm not sure if I'm addictive to it yet ;)

But yes, I'm addicted to caffeine. Too much is when you drink nothing but caffeine. Everyone needs to drink a little water now and then.

i am addictive to caffeine!!!

i was once got my both hands shake non-stop like i am having Parkinson (an old folks diesease)

i consulted to Dr and he said i was takingtoo much/over caffeine!

it was my tough time to cut off all the caffeine intake like coffee, carbonated drinks, and teas.

i suggest dun take OVER caffeine, or u'll get ur hand-shakes embarrassing moment when u dine with friends!

p/s:
caffeine also absorb the calcium that we need in our body!!!
thats the horrible thing which my 10 yo brother told me!!!
(he learned in the class)

that is difficult to assert what a reduce is, that is addictive. It somewhat relies upon on the guy, my ex used to drink 3 pots of espresso an afternoon. i will extremely drink a cup an afternoon. even if the dependancy is merely as confusing to renounce as the different element. i do not drink any mushy beverages, my vice is smoking, and water....yet anyhow, an dependancy is an dependancy.......era!! in case you slowly decrease lower back, in case you experience you're ingesting too a lot caffeine then do not bypass chilly turkey.......it is the pits!!!

There is actually more caffine in tea, coca cola, sports drinks and top of the list cocoa.

You know when you have had too much because you get caffine poisoning and think you are having a heart attack.

i have a heart condition from birth. the doc dont want me to drink coffee at all unless it is decaff. he said i could have two 8oz cups a day. sucks because i used to drink two pots of coffee (regular) or more a day, before i found out about my heart. but family doc been telling me only two cups a day for long time before i found out about heart. yes, i am addicted to coffee (enough to drink this decaff sh** every day.) got headaches when i cut back. but they go away after awhile.
