Is their funeral different?

I am not thinking about it lol, or anyone I know. I've just heard a strange story and I'd like to know what happens when someone commits suicide!

Who ever finds them calls the police/fire/ambulance.
Sure a preliminary investigation to see if there was a note left.
Buried where ever their will states or family decides.
Nope Normal everyday run of the mill Funeral.
No other procedures are taken.

I am sure that if someone commits suicide, wherever the person dies, immediately calls 9-1-1 to have the authorities check out the situation, and a medical examiner to determine if the person IS dead. If the coroner discovers cause of death immediately, then i would say no autopsy. If the cause of death is obvious, then no, there would not need to be an investigation. The funeral would be the same as a person dying of "natural" causes, unless the face was messed up and it would have to be a closed casket. Otherwise all procedures taken are as any other death.

Are you or someone you know thinking of doing this? DON'T!!! My husband committed suicide in May 2002 by hanging himself in the backyard. I and all his friends and family were devastated and still are 4 yrs. later. Get help now! Nothing is worth it. Get to a counselor, priest, teacher, anyone.

With a rope around my neck, I stood on the edge of an upturned bucket. Tied in a rough but firm noose and anchored securely to a concrete bolt, the rope felt both cruel but somehow comforting. The deadening depression is momentarily replaced by a slight burst of adreniline.....I don't want to do it but I don't want to live this life anymore! These creatures are sick! Murdering, molesting masturbating mongrels. No more than sentient animals. He who gives his life for them is a fool.

when u walk into a room and find out that a person has hang him\herself find a stick beat that person up before putting them down,cimmitting suicide is a sin,i wouldn't cry for a person who took their life i don't care whatever the reason may be.the funeral would't change.but make sure u beat that dead person bcoz if u dont and u were the one who saw that person will hont u.
