Usually symptoms and signs: cough, difficult of breathing, sometimes hemoptysis or when you cough out blood. fever, weight loss, poor appetite. The problem with lung cancer, by the time you notice you have symptoms, the cancer is already advance.
It can be curable depending on the stage of the disease. It it is detected early, and it is hasn't spread, then you can do curative surgery and depends on the margin of clean or cancer free area if you need to do chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Usually Stage I to II can be cured. Stage III is palliative or for symptomatic relief only.

As far as I know Lung Cancer is NOT curable!

Once you have been diagnosed with having it. Your prognosis is slim.

Best to talk with your Oncologist.
