It's not someone that you can't be without. That's just lonliness you're speaking about.
My old boyfriend didn't love me, he just was lonely without me and missed me. He was mature enough to know the difference, so we didn't get married.
Love is when you'd do anything for the other person, as long as it didn't include something absolutely and ridiculously stupid. It's unconditional, forgiving, yet wise.
Someone once told me that the true test of love is that you'd be willing to do anything to ensure the other's true happiness, even if that means breaking up with them or changing your stubborn ways, etc.

i'm not in love. don't think i have experienced real love yet coz i get over relationships quickly and don't give them a second thought. i am hopeful tho!
