I'm just wondering what the etiquette is regarding tipping Spa Attendants.

Disregard what the others have said here. You absolutely HAVE to tip regardless of how the employees are treated at the spa. 20% is typically a good tip, although you may want to tip more depending on the service provided. Most of these workers depend on the tips and it is terrible not to compensate for that.

no need to tip. If they are not adequately paid by their boss, find a spa that treats its workers well.
