*sigh* yes..unfortunately I do the whole second guessing thing..and then i'm usually not over him...bleh. It sucks. I'd rather be the one getting dumped so i can be spiteful and bitter and get revenge.

A lot of the time it can make you confused. My ex who dumped me kept saying she was confused but I think she was just missing me/the company, rather than thinking she may have made a mistake. It's human nature to miss things. Some people even say they miss prison when they are released.
Did I just compare a relationship with me to prison?!?!

yah, as you say it, for a while. You think all sort of staff like did I really wanted to dump that someone or did I do the rigth thing?
Sometimes you get carried away and think about them a lot more than you should have thought aboout them, and even go back to them and apologise for making your one of your biggest mistakes.
Thinking about them is quite normal, you don't just erase memorise overnight unless you implicate love.

yes you do, this is all part of the process of breaking up, even though you know its the right thing to do, they still keep popping in your head, until a time when they dont.
when you split up with someone, you do question yourself on what has gone on before in the relationship and the reasons why you broke up and the reason why you went out in the first place, why you stayed in the relationships, so yep you do think about them.

Yes, but it is important to think and project the reason you dump them in the first place. Do not regret it, maybe you know more than you think you do.

Yes of course.... its perfectly natural... I still think about from time to time the man I walked away from nearly 8 years ago.... I wonder what he's doing, whether he found someone new, whether he has kids now (which is the reason I walked when he told me he didn't want them)....
I also think of my soon to be ex-husband and hope that he realises what he let go... which he does.....

They have been a part of your life so they will always be in your thought and stories that you will tell others. And although it's awful to say but you will compare them with your new partners on good or bad points.
