Help me!have to loose 3 kilos in 2 weeks.Must be with easy ingredients and low fat.And no web pages please.

Since you weigh yourself in Kilos I assume you're not from the states?

Dieting is all about willpower. Buy things that are low calorie but filling, like a package of soy chips/crisps, a decently sized Lean Cuisine, etc.

I was on a 750 calorie a day diet and lost 40 pounds in 10 weeks.

You might like to try the following recipe from Poland; it's based on a vegetable soup that contains no fat:
For the soup, you need: 6 large onions, 3 tablespoons of concentrated tomato puree, a large head of white cabbage, 2 green bell peppers (capsicums), a large celery root, and water. Cut vegetables into pieces, cook on high for 10 minutes. Cook on LOW until vegetables are tender. Add salt, pepper, curry, fresh parsley greens to taste. You can eat as much of this soup as you like whenever you're hungry; take some of it to work in a thermo can if you like.
DAY 1: Eat this soup & any kind of fruit, but no bananas. Water melons are FINE! Drink tea without sugar and still water.
DAY2: Soup and vegetables, fresh or canned, but NO dried beans or sweet corn. For dinner, you can have a large portion of pan-fried potatoes with (a little) butter. DO NOT EAT ANY FRUIT!
DAY 3: Eat as much soup, fruit and vegetables as you like; no fried potatoes! You should already have lost 2 to 3 kilos.
DAY 4: Eat at least 3 bananas, drink skimmed milk and a lot of still water - and a lot of soup!
DAY 5: Beef & potatoes! You can eat up to 300 grams of beef (steak) & up to 6 fresh tomatoes. Make sure you drink 6 to 8 glasses of still water to clean your organizm. Eat a lot of the soup.
DAY 6: Beef & vegetables - eat as much as you like! NO FRIED POTATOES! If you're still hungry, eat as much soup as you may like!
DAY 7: Unsalted rice and unsweetened fruit- or vegetable jiuce - as much as you like, + soup!
After 7 days of this diet, you'll have lost 4 to 6 kilos; if you've lost more than 6 kilos, interrupt this diet for 2 days, continuing after the break with "day 1". During this diet, drink NO ALCOHOL whatsoever! Eat NO BREAD, drink NO CARBONATED SOFTDRINKS, nor sweetened fruit juices or full milk. Eat as much of the soup as you like, any time!
If you'd like to replace the beef with chicken, DON'T EAT THE SKIN!
If you can,. move a lot in the open air, walk, ride a bycicle, go for a swim, or such - that ALWAYS helps! Taking the stairs instead of the elevator may also be a good idea ...
