Well, even though it says milk as in the liquid from a cow that can strengthen our bones, its not so healthy, as it has more sugar than Dark choco. Dark is more pure, and uses less sugar. Relating to the health guidlines (Which by the way no one follows) it says about 2 1/2. But, id say 3 is enough for a day, but thats me...whenever you feel YOUve ate enough..just stop. You might get addicted to choco, thats why I dont eat chocolate so much..but, thats me. Like I said, whenever YOUve felt YOU ate enough, dont force YOURself eat more.

The more pure cocoa the better, dark chocolate is better but if can get away from the milk chocolate try the European kind not as sweet but just as good or even better. Try these brand Lindt, Ritter or anything made in Germany of italy. You can get these the states but if you know someone who lives here tell them too hook you up.

I think both are fine...But I suggest you not to eat it too much...Because it also contains sugar...Not good for your health...
Choco contains good things for relaxation and aphrodisiac...So eat choco while u can....But remember not to eat it too much...Everything that is too much is not good for our health...
NB:I also love choco very much...^_^

dark chocolate is one of the like 6 perfect foods. supposedly if you eat a small amount every day you'll live longer. and, to spice it up, try dark chocolate with chili powder in it - like from Moonstruck Chocolate Company in Oregon (they have a website you can order from) Sounds crazy, but it's like AMAZING! :o) Not to mention healthy. And if you don't have a high spicey tolerance, like me, you won't be able too eat much, which is good if you're concerned about overdoing it. :o)

From what I remember, dark chocolate is better for you than milk chocolate or white chocolate because it's more pure (it has more cocoa in it) and it has some antioxidants. Here's an article that can tell you more (click below).

Black Chocolate is better for you but just beware of the high-caffeine and if you eat alot of it you'll get sick meaning if eat alot of it make sure yo have your space in your restroom.

Don't know which is better for your health.
I don't think there's a limit to how much you could eat.
It's probably okay if you eat many, well, if you don't mind getting fat.
