I did all information's in CD & i reinstalled six times but when i connect cam to computer icon show "new machine need to install" before completing the sofware computer restarts by it's own.
what should i do?

plug it in and when windows says found new harware there click source and the drive in which the CD is and hope it works.

Ummmm, no. Really, don't do it. fixcamera.exe doesn't even sound like an official install for a driver. executing an unknown file (in your case a KNOWN threat), is a humongous nono. It could steal files, delete files, or kill your computer. just because is says camera doesn't mean it just affects your camera. Though there are virus's that allow people to watch you through your webcam... creepy sickos. Find out the manufacturer of your camera and go the the OFFICIAL website, find the model and then download the drivers. Don't go thirdparty, bad things happen.

Go online to the manufacturer and get a download for your driver..could be corrupt.

your webcam is not fit with your windows try to contact the manufacturer
