Hey i have noticed many people who have blonde hair have dark brown hair too. does this mean they have dyed it? i dont think so because so many are like these but some rare german people i have met are just solid 100% blonde. What is happening?

YES, they have bleached their hair. Most blondes you see have bleached their hair. Blonde is the least natural born color.

It's called highlights/lowlights. The blonde are highlights and the darker colors are lowlights. The blonde is technically bleeching the hair color out to turn it blonde (unless natural) and the dark colors (lowlights) are dyeing the hair a darker color. This combination layered in foil or pulled through a cap gives you this effect of the two colors. Very in/Very classy. easy to take care of and don't look cheap when it starts to grow out.

It's called lowlights. They get the underside of their hair dyed, the opposite of getting highlights. Does that make sense?
